Linda Lee's 1-on-1 Sessions are Life-Changing
Ever feel like you have "talked it all to death" without results? The majority of her clients come to overcome anxiety, habits, fears, obstacles and self-limiting beliefs. These sessions result in increased productivity and confidence, weight loss through healthier choices, smoking cessation, feelings of self-control, and so much more.
A typical session is 60-90 minutes (intake appointments are longer). Linda Lee helps clients re-wire their minds away from “negative narrative loops” that have become their default setting, and teaches them tools and techniques that bring results!
After just a few short sessions, people who had severe stress and anxiety are able to stop cycling, athletes are performing better than they have ever performed before, professionals work with confidence, students are improving their grades, and clients with previous health issues are experiencing happier, healthier and more balanced lives.

*PLEASE NOTE: Linda Lee many requests per week from people who need and want to work with her, however, she only accepts clients who are willing and able to financially invest in themselves and are willing to follow instruction by actively participating in their own change process. If you are in doubt of the possibility of change, you may not be ready to invest in it.
